About Me

I grew up in Oakville, ON and spent most of my early days being obsessed with the game of basketball. I quit the game as I entered University to complete my Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering at McMaster University. From there I spent about 7 years working in the medical device field starting in engineering roles, and moving into commercial teams. It was on the commercial side I learned about customer success, sales/marketing, and business strategy.

During the time full time period above, I was entrenched in meditative journeying. I had questions about the nature of existence and became enthralled by yogic culture. I'm blessed to be raised by parents who are also spiritually curious. My first memory of meditation is a story my mum told me about yogis in India who could do supernatural things through deep meditation. She shared they could see colors that are not normally seen in deep meditation by focusing on the middle of their forehead. As a young kid, I ran to our couch, sat down, and squinted my face as I tried to focus and create colors, and of course nothing happened. Since then I have spent countless hours in meditative practice from different teachers and programs. The greatest thing I have learned in my years of journeying is the art of nothing. Through nothing everything seems to be.

My Inspiration

The spiritual masters below have been a tremendous inspiration to my journey. Having deeply studied all three individuals, their teachings and light has impacted me significantly in my exploration. There are many more mentors to mention, including close family and friends but these three have been the most significant in my personal journey.

Jiddu Krishnamurti

Sadhguru (Jaggi Vasudev)

Sri Rajneesh (Osho)
